How can I get this video downloaded to my pc?

  • golfprogress:

@gurutennis Get the Real Player software which will download it as an .flv file. Or pay me $1,000 and I’ll burn it for you on a CD and mail it to you.

  • Skukzwun:

pause at 0:12 and you can still see the face of the club which indicates a held off release. if it was a straight shot or draw you would see back of the club or topline in that situation

  • Skukzwun:

By that do you mean the lower body starting the downswing and club dropping inside?

  • poorpilot00:

yeah thats the key to get the clubface square at impact

  • GangstaYST:

Woods does not release the club with his arms until the very last moment. this is due to the fact that HE STARTS DOWN WITH HIS HIPS WHICH LOWERS THE ARMS AND CLUBS WITHOUT ANY CONSCIOUS MOVEMENT OF EITHER THIS IS WHAT WE CALL LAG TRUE TIGER DOES TRY TO HAVE THE CLUB LAG AS LONG AS POSSIBLE RIGHT UP UNTIL HE NEEDS TO RELEASE IT THIS IS WHY HES SO POWERFUL. NOTE IF HIS HANDS DID NOT RELEASE HE WOULD SHANK THE BALL AND IVE SEEN HIM DO THAT SO I THINK HIS CHOICE OF RELEASING LATE IS NOT ALWAYS GOOD

  • crazytricks10:

when hav u seen tiger shank it haah???

  • KCGOLFER2010:

there is a video on youtube of him shankng it. it was pretty bad.

  • shawlerstyle:

    super swing here

  • bonggraff:

are you serious… everybody on tour has a late release !! and who are you to comment the swing of the best player ever ??? A random guy I guess……

  • crazytricks10:

no he just blocked it it wasnt a shank or formally known as a “hozel” sorry definately not..

  • bumblesbounce54321:

this is a great vid, i applaud you for getting directly behind him and not on some crazy angle. thank you

  • golfprogress:

@bumblesbounce54321 The DTL viewpoint is not to be taken lightly. I didn’t actually record this but I know how to setup my cam when I record others. Those other angles can be useful but the HeadOn and Down the Line are essential for video analysis.

  • bumblesbounce54321:

this video has helped my alot, my backswing is identical to his… i just need to work on my swing plane on the downswing.

do you have any tips for that?

  • golfprogress:

@bumblesbounce54321 Post some good quality videos of your swing on your channel and that would be a starting point. I’m not a teaching pro but I may be able to notice some obvious areas of improvement.

  • helenathena:

yea bumble you start with you legs first roatating to the right , now if you want tigers excat swing plane he pulls instead of swing idk if that helps..

  • helenathena:

yeah dude everyone on tour doesn’t release right after hitting the golf ball thats like really impossible

  • helenathena:

tiger has shanked it before shut up crazytricks10
    is this a draw?

  • xKiNGP1N:

i like tigers old swing better 99-2003, He used to use his bigger muscles to control the clubface now with hank hany he uses his arms alot more, notice his transition to the downswing he drops the club to the inside and gets very shallow

  • helenathena:

@xKINGP1N you couldn’t have put it more perfectly, tiger use to really whip those hips out of the way to get speed now he thinks his 350 bench pressing arms can control the club but no its all about the hips

  • golfprogress:

@xKiNGP1N That’s Hank’s whole deal, the shallowing of the plane. It was working great at the President’s Cup and he won almost half the tournaments he played in but I agree I liked his old move better. The problem is that only a superhuman 25 year old could swing like that. Tiger is now a breaking down 35 year old, like me, who wants a swing that will last until he’s dead. Tiger 2000 will only be a memory now that his neck is messed up.

  • monarcheelrcp:

With the announcement “Hello world,” Tiger Woods became a professional golfer in August 1996

  • terryrowles:

@helenathena yes this was about a 5 yard mid-low trajectory draw

  • terryrowles:

@bumblesbounce54321 i have lots more videos at this angle of Tiger and many more @TERRYROWLES
